In 1896, a bakery and grocery shop was in the house 14 on Yakubovich Street. In 1902, the owner is the wife of General-Major S.A. Kelsal. He served in the Life Guard by the Preobrazhensky regiment, was a valid Stat adviser, Chairman of the Board of the Russian Far Eastern Industrial Joint-Stock Company.
In August 1918, in connection with the murder of Uritsky, he, like many others, was arrested and concluded in Trubetskaya bastion of the Petropavlovsk fortress. Later S.A. Kelsal was released at the petition of E.P. Feskova. The family left Russia and drove to France.

From 1915 and until 1917, the owner of the house was the wife of General V.M.Uffovich. Her husband, Ya.D.Umfovich, who was an active participant in the Civil War, had a lot of awards. In August 1914, the post was transferred to the post of headquarters of the Caucasian Native Discon Division, who received the informal honorary name “Wild Division”. His wife, V.M.Umfovich, became the sister of the mercy of the Sanitary train named after the Grand Prince Mikhail Alexandrovich. Was awarded two George medals. In 1921, the family went to Poland.
